We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution and optimization of high-performing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing paid media across platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and can take ownership of end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and others as needed.

● Manage large-scale advertising budgets efficiently, with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.

● Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign impact.

● Execute and optimize performance marketing strategies including bid management, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel refinement.

● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and relevant dashboards.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience.

● Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices in paid media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

● 4+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments.

● Strong knowledge of PPC, paid social, and display advertising best practices.

● Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other performance monitoring platforms.

● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and test-and-learn mindset.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Experience targeting international markets (US, Europe, Middle East) is a plus.

● Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
