**Role Overview**:

We're searching for a creative, driven, and data-savvy Performance Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and gain real-world experience working across a variety of digital channels—Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and more

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fully manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram, etc
- Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs or Google Search Console for keyword research.
- Develop ad copy and creative, and run A/B tests to find the best-performing elements.
- Create weekly and monthly reports to analyse and track campaign success.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise returns.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Stay updated on trends and explore new growth opportunities.
- Use tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads to manage campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Passion for digital marketing and understanding about paid media, performance marketing, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
