**Performance Marketer**:

- Design, implement, and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Google platforms with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
- Continuously test and optimize ads and targeting strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing spend.
- Analyze campaign performance data to understand ROI and make informed decisions on ad spend.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing objectives and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to keep ahead in a competitive market.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across platforms.

**Technology**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a ROAS of 5 or higher on significant ad spend.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform insights.
- Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience required**:
1 - 4 years
