The Production Planning and Controlling Executive is responsible for supporting the production

planning and controlling function, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and control of production

processes to meet business objectives and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning:

- Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

2. Material Planning:

- Support material planning, procurement, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability.

3. Production Control:

- Assist in overseeing production control processes, including shop floor control and quality

control.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

4. Data Analysis:

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide insights to support PPC decision-making.

5. Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain reports on PPC performance, including KPIs and metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Follow up closely with all the stakeholders for delivering material on time to customer
- Communicate customer about delivery status on regular basis.
