Job Description
- A PPC (Production Planning and Control) Executive in a fabrication unit is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of fabricated products. They bridge the gap between sales, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize production flow and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Planning & Scheduling**:Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules, considering factors like material availability, machine capacity, and labor resources.
- **Resource Management**:Coordinating with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and other necessary resources.
- **Monitoring Production Progress**:Tracking production status, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays, and making necessary adjustments to schedules to meet deadlines.
- **Material Management**:Monitoring inventory levels, managing material shortages, and coordinating with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- **Quality Control**:Implementing quality control measures to ensure that fabricated products meet specifications and standards.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyzing production data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and prepare reports for management.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Coordination and Communication**:Collaborating with various departments, including sales, engineering, and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production process.

In essence, a PPC Executive acts as a conductor, orchestrating the various elements of the fabrication process to ensure smooth and efficient production, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality products.

WORK SHIFT : 9 Hours

QUALIFICATION : All Graduate ( DET/GET )

EXPERIENCE : 1-6 years

SALARY : 15,000 to 25 ,000 Per month
