**Position
- PPC Executive**

**Position Summary**:
∎ This Position is required to take up day-to-day planning activities and co-ordination between all department based on

system schedule.

∎ Able to manage all system transections related PPC.

∎ Need to know MPS, MRP.

∎ Use to know various report from SAP system(Stock, Inventory, Open order & shortage report)

∎ Good knowledge of Excel (Reports and formulae).

∎ Will be the Key person to co-ordinate between Production, Store, Quality & Procurement function to bridge the gap

and assure the delivery readiness as per timeline.

∎ Work cross functionally to communicate proactively the requirement with procurement, Quality, store and assembly

teams to insure the customer commitments align with production schedules.

∎ Involve developing solution to resolve the production problems.

∎ Interaction with procurement team on daily basis to resolve issue related material availability.

∎ Release of production order and keep track of start and finish date of the production.

∎ Perform all SAP related activity.

**Required Skills**:
∎ Excellent knowledge of ERP system(SAP) PP Module.

∎ Good knowledge of MPS, MRP and work scheduling activities.

∎ Good analytical and domain function knowledge.

∎ Good communication skills.

∎ Good knowledge of MS office tools.

∎ Be a good team member and able to contribute in cross functional teams.

Education & Experience:
∎ Graduate (B.E.) in Mechanical/Production Engineering from reputed institute/University with 3 to 4 Years of experience

in PPC function and use of SAP as ERP is must.

∎ Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
