*Croccle Internet LLP* is a new age digital marketing company specializing in creating impactful strategies for businesses across Education, Healthcare, and Real Estate sectors. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

*Position*: PPC/Sr. PPC Executive

*Location*: Wakad, Pune (On-Site)

*Experience*: 1 - 5 years

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and ensure optimal ROI within allocated budgets.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics and platform dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members when required.

*What We're Looking For:*

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or any other relevant field.

  2. Experience in running digital campaigns in Education, Healthcare, or Real Estate.

  3. Strong analytical and communication skills.

  4. A proactive approach to delivering measurable results.
