**Overview**:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support. You will be **responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers through various channels of communication.** This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
