**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - Jugnoo
**Job Location**: Chandigarh
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Your role & responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**You Should Have**:
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Flexibility in rotational shifts
- Proficiency in MS-Excel
**Qualification**:
Any Graduate
**Compensation**:
10-20k INR
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
