Looking for a customer care support executive with 3+ years of experience and can perform below roles and responsibilities:

- Handle Inbound and Outbound calling for customer service.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
- Communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh - 160009, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
