**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** to handle **legal support, documentation, and client communication** for our Australian Vehicle Insurance company. The role is heavily documentation and assessment-based, requiring strong skills in **Excel, report preparation, and paperwork handling**, along with the ability to manage **legal queries and complaints** professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound calls and communicate with Australian clients regarding legal queries, complaints, and insurance-related issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents and assessment reports.
- Work extensively on **Excel** for data analysis, reporting, and record maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy in paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Australian legal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **customer support**, preferably in **insurance or legal processes**.
- Strong skills in **MS Excel** and **document/report preparation**.
- Good with numbers, logical thinking, and preparing assessment reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral/accent-understandable for Australian clients).
- Ability to work independently in a **remote environment**.
- **Laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection** is mandatory.
