Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
- **Team Management**: Leading, motivating, and guiding a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support.
- **Business Development**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and increasing market share.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**: Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- **Channel Management**: Managing and optimizing the performance of distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- **Training and Development**: Providing training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
