**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts. The role involves managing sales processes, supporting the sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and sustain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our product range to effectively address client needs.
- **Market Research**: Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with logistics, finance, and other departments for seamless order fulfillment.
- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Min. 2 years in a sales role within the electrical or electronics industry, preferably related to Low Voltage Switchgear or modular ranges.
- **Education**: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and anal**ytical.

**Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,167.89 - ₹30,000.00 per month
