**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering Sudo24’s services effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our learning solutions and communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- **Sales Conversion**: Qualify leads, pitch services, negotiate deals, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Support**: Handle queries from prospective clients, resolve concerns, and provide post-sale support as needed.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure seamless customer acquisition and retention.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, including insights on challenges and opportunities for growth.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
