Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - UG/PG Course Sales
Location: Noida
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 in-hand per month + Incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in inside sales, academic counseling, telesales, or a related field
Education: Any graduate
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Work Schedule: 6 days working (Sunday off)
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Job Description**:
We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to drive UG/PG course enrollments online. The role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their academic and career aspirations, and guiding them toward the most suitable programs. This position requires strong sales skills, a consultative approach, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on suitable UG/PG courses based on their career goals.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain student records and ensure a smooth admission process.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and conversion rates.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, telesales, or a related field.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to handle student inquiries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales approach.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
