**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 (in-hand)
**Work Schedule**: 6 Days Working | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. The role involves selling **Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses online** to prospective students. You will play a crucial role in guiding students toward the right academic programs and helping them make informed decisions about their future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand student needs and recommend suitable UG/PG courses.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in inside sales, telesales, or educational sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
