Job Title: Sales Executive – Electrical Solutions & Panel Systems
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Greater Noida / PAN India (As per business need)
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director

Job Objective:
To generate new leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of electrical panels, LT/HT solutions, and power quality products such as Static VAR Generators, Active Harmonic Filters, and LT CTs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in targeted segments (Builders, Consultants, Industries, Educational Institutions, etc.)
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned regions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the design & estimation team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussion, negotiation, and closure.
- Visit project sites, consultants, and electrical contractors regularly to build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- 1-2 years/Fresher of experience in B2B sales of electrical products, panels, or industrial equipment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and electrical schematics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: As per industry standards.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
