**Electrical Estimator**

**Salary:20k to 60k**

**Location: Noida**

**Exp:1+ year**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **LED Lighting and Electrical Estimation**:

- Analyze and interpret electrical drawings and lighting schedules to produce accurate LED lighting estimates.
- Evaluate potential suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Energy Saving Calculation**:

- Calculate potential energy savings for proposed LED lighting installations.
- Collaborate with energy consultants or specialists when needed, to ensure the accuracy of energy saving estimates.
- **Architectural and Engineering Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects and engineers to comprehend the full scope of LED lighting projects.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive contracting packages that cater to the project's requirements.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on lighting designs to ensure functionality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Understanding of Electrical Drawing Design**:

- Interpret and understand lighting schedules in electrical drawing designs.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure the practicality and feasibility of proposed lighting layouts.
- **Building Automation and Control Knowledge**:

- Have a thorough understanding of building automation systems, including lighting control automation and BACnet automation systems.
- Ensure that the proposed LED lighting solutions are compatible with the existing or proposed building automation systems.
- Collaborate with automation specialists to integrate LED lighting solutions seamlessly into broader building automation plans.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the construction and LED lighting industries.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and courses as required, to continuously upgrade knowledge and skills.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document all estimation processes, assumptions, and data sources.
- Generate detailed reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
- **Other Tasks**:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights for client presentations or bids.
- Provide technical support to the construction team during project implementation when required.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction estimation, particularly in LED lighting and electrical projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with building automation systems, especially in lighting control and BACnet systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
