Job Title: Sales Executive – Electrical Solutions & Panel Systems

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Greater Noida / PAN India (As per business need)
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director

Job Objective:

To generate new leads, build client relationships, and drive sales of electrical panels, LT/HT solutions, and power quality products such as Static VAR Generators, Active Harmonic Filters, and LT CTs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in targeted segments (Builders, Consultants, Industries, Educational Institutions, etc.)
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned regions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with the design & estimation team.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical discussion, negotiation, and closure.
  • Visit project sites, consultants, and electrical contractors regularly to build long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • 1-2 years/Fresher of experience in B2B sales of electrical products, panels, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and electrical schematics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: As per industry standards.
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
  • Additional Perks: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and performance rewards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • 2YEAR: 2 years (Preferred)
