We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled graduate to join our sales team as a Technical Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our products/services to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

Proposal Development:
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.

After-Sales Support:
Provide technical support and training to customers post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Feedback Loop:
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
