Job Title Senior Sales Engineer MCC Electrical Panel BusinessDepartment Sales Marketing Electrical Solutions Location Noida Delhi Reports To Regional Sales Manager Sales HeadJob Summary We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales initiatives for Motor Control Centers MCCs Electrical Control Panels and Power Distribution Panels This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems and hands-on experience in selling custom-engineered solutions to industrial clients OEMs EPC contractors and consultants Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development of MCCs LT HT panels control panels and other electrical panel solutions Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients across industrial and commercial sectors Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop tailored panel solutions based on client specifications Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals negotiate pricing and contract terms Conduct site visits presentations and product demos to promote panel solutions Collaborate with internal departments for order execution delivery timelines and post-sales support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends standards e g IEC IS and competitors Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Requirements Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales of electrical panels MCCs switchboards or similar products Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems panel components and wiring standards
