
Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. Your role will be crucial in supporting various departments, maintaining a positive office environment, and contributing to our overall success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Support the finance department by processing invoices and expenses.
- Help with event planning and coordination for company events and meetings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in [industry] is a plus but not mandatory.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
