Job Purpose
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative functions, supporting HR and Finance teams, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and administrative activities.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees.
- Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and assist in invoice processing.
- Support recruitment activities – scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate with HR for payroll inputs.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Support management in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a manufacturing/technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
