Customer Service and Sales:

- **Greet and assist customers**: Welcoming customers, offering assistance, and guiding them through the store.
- **Answer customer inquiries**: Providing accurate information about products, services, and store policies.
- **Recommend products**: Suggesting items based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Process payments**: Handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods at the point of sale.
- **Handle returns and exchanges**: Accurately and efficiently processing returns and exchanges.
- **Resolve customer issues**: Addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Maintain a positive and friendly attitude**: Ensuring a welcoming and helpful shopping experience.

Store Maintenance and Operations:

- **Restock shelves and displays**: Ensuring products are properly stocked and organized on the sales floor.
- **Maintain a clean and organized store**: Keeping the sales floor tidy and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- **Assist with inventory management**: Helping with receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
- **Follow security policies**: Monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
- **Participate in store promotions and events**: Assisting with special sales, promotions, and events.

Additional Responsibilities:

- **Stay up-to-date with product knowledge**: Keeping informed about new products, features, and promotions.
- **Follow company policies and procedures**: Adhering to store guidelines and best practices.
- **Collaborate with team members**: Working effectively with other sales associates and staff to achieve store goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
