**Job Type:* **Full-time/Part-time

**Job Summary**:*

As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store visual standards. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:*
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including individual and team goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising and floor sets
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store events

**Requirements**:*

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience (fashion industry experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Preferred Qualifications**:*
- Fashion industry knowledge and experience
- Previous experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
