We are seeking a passionate and personable **Retail Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry** to join our in-store team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the trusted advisor guiding clients through one of their most personal and meaningful purchases. Whether it's an engagement ring, a gift, or a statement piece, your expertise and service will turn visits into memorable experiences and transactions into lasting relationships.

**What You'll Do**:
Greet every customer with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Understand clients’ preferences, occasions, and style needs to provide tailored product recommendations.

Showcase the brand’s collections with confidence, highlighting craftsmanship, materials, pricing, and care.

Manage the end-to-end sales process including billing, payments, and after-sales service.

Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

Ensure merchandise displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually attractive.

Stay knowledgeable about the latest trends in fine jewelry and seasonal collections.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals as part of the retail team.

Assist in executing promotional campaigns, in-store events, and visual merchandising changes.

**What You Bring**:
1+ years of experience in retail sales, with a strong preference for fine jewelry or luxury products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.

An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, particularly with high-value products.

A positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Confidence in using POS systems and handling financial transactions with accuracy.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping periods.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Prior experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment.

Strong understanding of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry care.

Sales training or certification in retail or customer service is a plus.

High school diploma required; further education in fashion, retail, or marketing is a bonus.
