Area Sales Executive

A **Sales Representative** is responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers, selling products or services, and achieving sales targets. They work outside the office, meeting clients in person and representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product or service information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets within a defined territory.
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Gather feedback from clients and report it to the sales or product team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback for management.:
- Travel within assigned territories to meet clients, attend events, or represent the company.
- Flexibly adapt to different working environments and schedules.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly field sales (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Sales volume or revenue generated.

Field Sales Representatives play a critical role in driving the company’s revenue and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
