**Position Title**: Territory Sales In charge (TSI) for the brand name "**Doctors' Choice**".

**Location**: Kolkata [North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly, Medinipur etc]

**Job Summary**:
The Territory Sales In charge (TSI) is responsible for leading and overseeing all sales activities within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitor research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the territory.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage territory resources, including budgets, inventory, and distribution channels, to optimize sales efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and rise in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management.
