**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Sales and Business Development**:
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new customers to expand the market reach.
2. **Market Research**:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and demand.
3. **Promotions and Branding**:
- Ensure proper visibility of the KMP brand in the market.
- Execute promotional activities and schemes to boost sales.
4. **Customer Support**:
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
5. **Reporting and Coordination**:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
**Requirements**:
- **Qualification**: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably in hair oil, body oil, or related segments such as cosmetics or beauty products.
- **Salary**: 14-15k CTC + TA/DA (per Month)
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Capability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
- **Other**:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
