**Role and Responsibilities**:
Should monitor the team members' activities on quality and discipline factors.- Should educate and brief the agents about process updates.- Identifying operational opportunities and suggest possible improvements.- Should be ready to engage themselves in multitasking.- Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.- Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents- And maximize customer satisfaction.

**Skills required**:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.- Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
