seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our end-to-end operations

As the COO of xLongevity, you will oversee and optimize global operations, drive e-commerce strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage supply chain logistics. You will be responsible for opening and managing xLongevity centers globally, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will lead process improvements, drive cross-functional initiatives, and build a high-performing operations team.
**Experience**

10 to 15+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a similar leadership role would be ideal.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1.Operational Leadership -**
- Develop and oversee end-to-end operational strategies across all regions.
- Ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals.

**2.Global Fulfillment -**
- Lead global fulfillment processes, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to global markets.

**3. E-Commerce Strategy -**
- Drive e-commerce setup and sales strategies for multiple regions.
- Optimize online sales platforms and enhance customer satisfaction.

**4.Compliance and Licensing -**
- Ensure compliance with licensing, regulatory, and insurance requirements globally.

**5.xLongevity Centers Management -**
- Lead the opening and management of xLongevity centers globally.
- Ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.

**6. Team Leadership -**
- Build and manage a high-performing global operations team.
- Foster collaboration across functions and regions.

**7. Process Optimization -**
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to achieve business goals

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education & Experience -**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably as a COO or equivalent.
- Technical & Operational Expertise
- Strong background in global operations, including fulfillment, e-commerce, licensing, and supply
- chain management.
- Experience in the supplements or consumer goods industry is a strong plus.
