**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **incoming leads** generated through digital campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.
- Understand client requirements - budget, location, configuration, and preferences.
- Share accurate information about **projects, pricing, amenities, floor plans, and possession timelines.**:

- Shortlist and suggest projects that best match the client’s needs.
- Schedule and confirm **site visits** with the sales team and maintain coordination throughout the buyer journey.
- Maintain updated lead records in the **CRM system** and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve **lead-to-visit and visit-to-sale conversion**.
- Provide weekly reports and feedback on **lead quality, campaign effectiveness**, and client interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in **real estate pre-sales, tele-calling, or inside sales.**:

- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi.**:

- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is an added advantage.
- Proficient in **MS Excel, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)**, and WhatsApp for Business.
- Must be target-driven with a positive, energetic attitude.
