**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

1. Make sure timely completion of Projects as per committed schedules.

2. Co-ordinate with Site teams / Architects / Consultants/ PMCs and Contractors for progress
monitoring as per schedules, Implementing all in line with best standards.

3. Tendering and Appointment of contractors/ Vendors: Prequalifying the bidders, floating of
tender and appointment of appropriate vendors for the different activities.

4. Reviewing of Budget: Planned vs Actual and apprising the same to management.

5. Monitoring the progress of all projects and repot the same to Management on regular basis.

6. Inspect, review & completion of projects within agreed/ standard safety norms & Quality
Norms. Conducting Safety Induction Program, Tool Box talk to ensure safety at site.

7. Implementing and monitoring all SOP's and processes related to Execution, co-ordination, contracting, procurement and execution of projects with standard construction methods.

1. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 7-10years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

5. Strong ability to monitor and report on project progress and handle any issues that arise.

6. Proficiency in budget management, including the ability to compare planned VS actual
expenditures.

7. Experience in financial reporting and providing insights to management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
