Position Summary:

A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordination between the client, contractors, and project team to ensure smooth execution of all site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities on the site.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve site issues.
  • Monitor and control materials usage and maintain proper stock records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure quality control and maintain checklists for all site activities.
  • Verify and measure work done for billing and estimation purposes.
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to achieve timely completion of work.
  • Attend site meetings and report progress to management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in building construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and execution methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
  • Knowledge of Vastu principles and modern construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with RMC, interlock brick, and finishing works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
