Job Summary:

Zooq Films is looking for a Site Supervisor with strong Civil Engineering knowledge and AutoCAD skills to manage on-site construction and set-related projects. The candidate will ensure that all site activities are carried out accurately, safely, and efficiently, maintaining the creative and structural quality of Zooq Films' production setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site work to ensure alignment with project drawings and specifications.
  • Read, interpret, and execute civil and AutoCAD drawings for set designs and structures.
  • Coordinate with production designers, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain safety standards, quality checks, and project timelines.
  • Prepare daily reports on work progress, manpower, and material usage.
  • Inspect and verify construction work for quality and compliance.
  • Assist in modifying and preparing CAD drawings when required.
  • Support creative and technical teams with civil engineering input for set feasibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of construction layouts.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and supervision.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for reports and documentation.
  • Willingness to travel to various project and shoot locations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in film set construction, studio layouts, or creative structure building.
  • Knowledge of quantity estimation and basic structural detailing.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
