**Factory construction experience is must, have overall responsibility to control the entire Project**

Having experience in the Piping, Structural & MEP Works in Industrial Construction related work is mostly preferred

Knowledge in estimation / quotation & Tendering in Industrial / Factory construction (Civil, Steel structure, sheeting & office interior) along with project co
- ordination..

Factory construction experience is must, have overall responsibility to control the entire Project
- Press pit work
- Good Knowledge in Designing Structural, Utility and ETP lines
- Tendering, BOQ and Quotation Knowledge is must
- Good Knowledge in Fabrication Shop activities
- Must be familiar with Utility water lines like Chillers, Compressors and Fire Water lines
- Surveying the site
- Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work
- Overseeing the purchase of materials for use in the construction
- Planning the work and efficiently organising site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Liaising with sub-contractors engaged in the project
- Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress
- Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors
- Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are up kept
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may occur

Construction managers plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.

**Duties**

Construction managers typically do the following:

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
- Report work progress and budget matters to clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
- Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Experience: minimum 15 years

Qualification: BE Civil or Mech / B.Tech / ME Civil / M Tech

Age: 35 - 45 yrs

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
