We are Hiring General Manager - Production for a manufacturers of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Column, Pressure vessels, pumps, and other process equipment.
- Experience - 20 to 30Years of Experience in the relevant field
- Education - BE Mechanical
- Location - Chennai
- Salary - Based on Skills
- Manage the production Team, monitor, review, direct and make course correction.
- Plan and organize production process and meet the product quality as per customer expectations. Manage activities and supervises employees involved in the engineering department.
- Manage & Supervision the production Team, monitor, review, direct and make course correction.
- Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders. Work with the other cross functional managers for the timely completion of projects.
- Develop strategy to complete the project on time, build rapport, and develop documents and meeting with clients for extra claims.
- Production Team will be the Ownership to coordinate with materials, finance ,design ,QC and other departments and complete the project on time as a day to day business activity.
- Strong Heat Exchanger experience & exposure
- A person from South is essential and he should know Tamil, English and Hindi for handling the talents in both white and blue collars.
- A person from operations background is to be also considerable based on Heat exchanger experience.
- Design and Project knowledge is desirable.
