The Office/Sales Administration Support role combines administrative office responsibilities with sales support duties. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, assisting in sales-related activities, and providing general administrative assistance to both the office and sales. We’re seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.

**Office Administration**:

- Provide general office support, including managing the office calendar, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems and records. (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support office operations by performing tasks like ordering office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Ensure that the office is organized, clean, and well-maintained.

**Sales Administration**:

- Visiting clients and dealing about the products
- Assist the sales with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining client databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Track and manage sales leads, follow up with prospects and clients.
- Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales with potential clients.
- Help manage and track sales targets and goals to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Provide post-sale administrative support to ensure smooth handoffs between the sales team and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an office administration or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with basic accounting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
