Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the introduction of KUBTEC’s Clinical portfolio to potential prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements via excellent listening and record taking skills.
- Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and

closure.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the product portfolio.
- Maintain and expand dataset of prospects with task
- oriented goals.
- Effectively evaluate where the potential prospect falls within the sales process i.e. is this a sales

qualified lead or a contact that needs future nurturing.
- Effectively utilize company tools such as HubSpot and/or NetSuite to ensure documentation of

marketing lifecycle.
- Utilize prospecting tools or similar databases to independently generate contact lists.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma/ Degree/ PG in Science preferred
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Well-spoken English with good telephone etiquette.
- Available to work during United States standard working hours.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
