**Job Purpose**

Build scalable propositions and Drive partnerships with Fintech and E-com players to get higher share of smartphones in the Vi network. Develop the roadmap for bringing in the next 100 million Vi devices into 4G

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Work with Fintech partners on affordability program for the customers
- Scale the offline Handset Bundled offers to 5% of all new handsets
- Develop a digital HBO model with top Fintech players
- Nurture and look at cross sell opportunities on the Amazon SIS program; partner with retail and product teams to build additional footfalls
- Partner with Ecom players for Vi attachment at the point of handset sales
- Work with partners on service subsidy and Device subsidy offers for higher smartphone play

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Strong drive to take a concept to implementation stage
- Strong stakeholder management. Competent and confident in relationship building
- Proven ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams in a matrix

environment
- Strong bias for action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points among internal teams & partners
- Understanding of Digital ecosystem and technology stack required for bringing offers to customer

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

MBA background will have added advantage however not necessary
