**Job Purpose**

**Role purpose**:

- This role is a mix of strategic (25%) and Tactical (75%)

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Support sales team to Achieve Revenue and OB Target
- Providing expert solution consultation to win complex deals, Internal interfacing, Provide technical support to win Bid Management, Adherence to Systems and Processes, Providing market feedback
- Product/ technical training

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- 10-12 years of experience in presales and solution architect experience for various wireless and wire line type of connectivity and IOT devices
- Knowledge of various IP technologies and protocols for both wireless and wire line solution including MPLS, HTTPS, DNS, AAA, RADIUS, IP planning, LTE, 3G/4G & LPWAN etc
- Should have understanding of existing regulation and standards around connectivity
- Coordinate, propose workflow and execute project workflow (planning, scope, budget, quality, documentation, etc.)
- Subject matter expert knowledge and experience on Network Services Field Area Network for connecting the devices with the Gateway. M2M gateway, Application Services,
- RFID, wireless sensor networks (WSNs), Location based services (LBS).
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), NFC, WLAN (IEEE 802.11), Low power personal area network (IEEE 802.15.4) such as ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, Thread for short-range communication (TAN /BAN/ FAN/NAN/ LAN).
- LPWWAN technology such as LoRa and Sigfox.
- PLC Narrow band in LAN/ FAN and PLC broadband for WAN.
- Detail understanding of various device protocols like MQTT/CANBUS/ MODBUS/RS-232/485

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate in Telecom is preferred
- Must have worked as senior lead at Presales/Product organization for at least 10 years around solution architect role for connectivity and devices wrt IoT solutions
- Regulatory understanding and m2m guidelines

**Years of Experience**
- 10-12 years of technical experience in connectivity and device ecosystem and specifically around wireless solutions and IOT
