Role title: Product head - Smart Utility & Industrial IoT

Role purpose: To create multiple use cases for industrial IoT through partnership approach to meet customer requirements.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Partner with our Upstream Sales and Business Development teams to identify new project concepts and then develops these concepts to fill the business product portfolio.
- Deliver pilots and proof of concepts for success for device and apps and monitor the performance.
- Closely coordinate and interact with standard bodies industrial standards and participate into white papers, draft specification and ensure adherence

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Knowledge of trends in the field of machine, automation process & management, robotics & vision and other relevant technologies
- Develop and implement solution and strategies for factory automation in line with company's business vision and goals
- Coordinate, propose workflow and execute project workflow (planning, scope, budget, quality, documentation, etc.)
- Provide solutions to customers including track & trace system, OEE system, energy monitoring, ANDON system and factory monitoring and control and internally provide feedback on market trends.
- Provide solutions (automation software) to customers including DCS/PLC/IPC/SCADA/MES/MOM & SQL
- Aware of Sensor based solutions for designing end to end deliverable.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate in Instrumentation, Electrical and mechanical preferred
- Must have worked as senior lead at Presales/Product organization for at least 10 years around Enterprise solution and products
- Regulatory understanding and m2m guidelines and ability
