**Role: Transition GM / D**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Experiance: 18-30yrs**

**Qualifications:Any Graduate. PMP certification is preferred.**

**1. D - 18-22 Years exp generic & 10+ Years Core Life sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management transitions exp.**

**2. GM - 16-18 + Years overall exp & 8-10 Years core Life sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management transitions exp.**

**3. At least 8+ years of experience in Life sciences Pharmacovigilance Transition and Project Management**

**4. PMP/PRINCEII Certification is preferred.**

**5. Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management or revenue cycle management [anyone]**

**6. Experience in CDM, PV, medical devices-order management or revenue cycle management [anyone]**

**7. Experience in Cost Management, Time Management, Team Management and Schedule adherence.**

**8. Exposure to RFP/RFI management including Due diligence.**

**9. Experience in managing global team. Delivery experience of managing 100+ FTEs preferred (nice to have).**

**10. Green Belt Certification is preferred or Quality certification**

**11. Should be willing to travel this is a travel job and will require extensive travelling.**

**12. Executive presence and skill to manage multiple stakeholders.**

**13. Drive efficiency using Automation and other improvement projects**

**14. Manage project costs and keep them low**

**15. Be a leader and give overall direction to the transition /project team.**

**16. Excellent communication skills & coordination skills**
