Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Personal Assistant at AMN Life.

This dual-role position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing reception duties with professionalism. This includes greeting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Task Management: Organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating various administrative duties.

Assistance to Management: Provide direct support to the management team. This involves preparing documents, conducting research, and assisting with project management as required.

Document Handling: Manage, organize, and maintain documents, both paper and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in document handling and retrieval.

Language Proficiency: Command over English is essential. The ability to communicate fluently, draft correspondence, and prepare reports in English is required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

A degree or certification in office administration, communication, or related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
