We are looking for a motivated **Junior Business Partnership Associate** to support our partnerships team in developing and managing key relationships across the fintech ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in identifying and onboarding potential partners (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and service providers).
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech, product, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain databases and track partnership performance metrics.
- Handle day-to-day communication with partners under the guidance of senior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in **business development, partnerships, or client management** (fintech/BFSI preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of fintech/financial products.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
