**Xpeed Logistics.** was launched as Door to Door Express division of Mituj. Xpeed launched Express Part Truck Load (PTL/LTL) and Express Air Transportation. Xpeed has more than 350 active customers across Industries and caters to 16000 Pincodes/2000 cities across India. Xpeed is tech enabled and gives Live tracking of each consignment through customer Panel and Mobile Application. In line with our expansion plans we need aggressive Zonal managers and Area Sales Managers.

**Mituj Marketing Pvt. Ltd.** was started in 1994 for marketing of Air Cargo for Modiluft Flights. 1995 In a matter of 4 years Mituj won the award for being the 2nd largest Agent for Indian Airlines in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001. Mituj at Present is among the top 4 Domestic Air Cargo Agents in India with Direct All India Agencies of Indigo, Go Air, Vistara & Air Asia. Mituj also owns a fleet of trucks.

Job Description:
- **New Business Development**
- Part Truck Load Door to Door express (LTL) & Air Express sales
- On field working including cold calls and new client acquisition.
- Express LTL/PTL New business development, Client servicing, direct sales ,client relationship,
- Key accounts management, generate new lead and negotiating Rates to sign Service Agreements for LTL/ Air Cargo.
- Understand Client Transportation requirements.
- Negotiate with clients & Sign new Express Transportation Agreements
- Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations.

**Client Management**
- Understands customer requirements and provides timely solutions accordingly
- Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention.
- Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately
- Preferred Logistics background.
- Should know the LTL/Air Express market

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
