Area Sales Executive

Location - Mumbai

Job Overview
- Recommend service enhancements to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Travel across the West Region to expand avenues, enhance existing network.
- Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, and people management.
- Meet with employees across West Region to discuss their needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
- Conduct training for both existing employees and new joinees
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs
- Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and Partners
- Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
