**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, visit, and onboard new retail and wholesale partners across Mumbai and nearby areas.
- Generate B2B leads through direct visits, references, and local market mapping.
- Promote Dumbledo’s product range (baby diapers, nappies and clothing) to potential retailers/distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

**Account Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collect orders, coordinate dispatch with the warehouse, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage outstanding payments and ensure collections within timelines.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Track competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Gather feedback from retailers and report trends and opportunities to management.
- Recommend promotional activities or product bundles to drive sales.

**Coordination & Reporting**:

- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain visit records, order logs, and sales reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Update the management on sales progress and challenges on a daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in baby products like nappies, clothing or in garments, FMCG, consumer goods.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and convincing ability.
- Knowledge of Mumbai markets and local retailers/distributors.
- Basic computer and smartphone usage (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Maps).
- Must be self-driven, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby areas.
