**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Making Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate offerings.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs.
- **Client Visits**: Arrange on-site visits for interested clients, coordinating schedules between clients and sales representatives.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to maintain relationships and encourage conversions.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the company database.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily reports on call activities, lead status, and client feedback to the sales team.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
