**Location**: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
**Schedule**: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
**Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Associate** to join our growing HR team. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and helping companies find the right talent, this is a great opportunity to strengthen your career in recruitment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and post-offer engagement.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Experience in **BPO hiring** is a plus
- Familiarity with **HRMS or ATS platforms** is preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in the HR field
